
Rates
Our rates vary based on destination, number of people, and time of departure. Typically, our rates are
exclusive of dockage and bait expenses. We will provide you with a complete and detailed charter cost at
the time you book your charter. A tip for the crew is customary. We accept payment via cash, check,
PayPal (ID: martins@cathris.com), as well as Visa and MasterCard.
Deposit and Cancellation
We require a $100 deposit to guarantee a particular day plus receipt of 50% of the charter fee one week
prior to the charter. The remainder is due at the time of departure. In case of cancellation we will refund
the full deposit if the cancellation is made at least two weeks prior to the departure. Within two weeks of
departure, we will refund 90% of the deposit to cover costs for food and crew related expenses.
Safety
Your safety is our most important concern. It will be at the sole discretion of the Master of the vessel as to
the actual itinerary, departure time, and course taken. Weather, tide, vessel, and sea conditions may
force a cancellation of the charter. In such cases, we will try to reschedule the trip or refund your deposit.
Please let us know if you have medical concerns or issues. We cannot allow oxygen tanks on board the
vessel.
Drugs & Alcohol
Safety is very important to us. You may bring your own alcoholic beverages, however, if you become
intoxicated or are unable to follow instructions in an emergency, the Captain may terminate the charter .
At no time may illegal substances be brought aboard -- "Zero Tolerance Policy" of USCG -- we will
terminate the charter without refund.
Fishing Regulations
We comply with all Federal and State fishing regulations and catch limits and carry the applicable fishing
licenses for offshore migratory species.
Services
All days are defined as eight consecutive hours in one 24-hour period. Night services incur a surcharge
of 25%. Additional time beyond eight hours are charged per hour.
